Meet Dr. Michael Forth

An experienced cosmetic and reconstructive dentist, Dr. Forth completes more than 100 hours of continuing education training each year to ensure he stays up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies available. He is committed to offering the highest standard of dental care combined with flawless artistic results.

Dr. Forth obtained his bachelor's degree from Central State University in Edmond, OK, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Temple University's School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. He completed his general residency at the Fort Leonardwood General Army Hospital in Fort Leonardwood, Missouri, and is also a graduate of the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute in Florida, an international center for research and study of patient-centered dentistry and oral medicine. His training at Pankey focused on complex oral reconstructive procedures to help patients who have the most challenging and difficult dental problems.

Dr. Forth is the only dentist in Oklahoma accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). A step beyond simple academy membership, the AACD requires its accredited members to pass a stringent written examination as well as submit a specific number of cases (including high-resolution photos of the work magnified up to 100 times) for review by a panel of his or her peers.
